How does GlobalMRV’s Backpack work?

Finally, a compact solution that delivers huge results. Whether testing lawnmowers or construction equipment, GlobalMRV’s Backpack is the first technology of its kind to help test small internal combustion engines (ICE) on and off the road.

We test it all: snowblowers, weed whackers, generators, leaf and debris blowers, chainsaws, push and riding lawnmowers, and much more.

Best of all, Backpack PEMS is built with your safety in mind. In case of a difficulty or emergency, a safety breakaway connection easily allows the wearer to separate from the equipment.

Powered by LabVIEW©-based proprietary software and supported by design and operational engineers with over 30 years of experience in the emissions sector, GlobalMRV’s Backpack PEMS delivers accurate and reliable PEMS flow data, all while reducing the need for bulky testing equipment.
